涂裝工藝流程要嚴(yán)格規(guī)范，一旦某一環(huán)節(jié)出現(xiàn)差錯(cuò)，則會造成鋁卷的缺陷。因此，要對涂裝輥、提漆輥、計(jì)量輥和基材相對線速比率控制在一定的范圍內(nèi)。要根據(jù)不同的體系和涂裝產(chǎn)品的膜厚，對涂料設(shè)定一定的粘度范圍，保證涂裝順利進(jìn)行，促進(jìn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的提高。涂料的固化工藝， 烘箱控制必須按要求控制，不得任意變動，否則將嚴(yán)重影響涂裝質(zhì)量。
