5、密封膠條表面鼓起

鋁板的熱膨脹系數(shù)較大，當溫差較大時，鋁板的熱脹冷縮容易導致未固化完全的密封膠表面出現(xiàn)起鼓現(xiàn)象，特別是橫向接縫。起鼓現(xiàn)象發(fā)生時由于密封膠內部是實心的，不會對密封效果造成影響，主要是針對這種現(xiàn)象，可采取分兩次施膠的解決辦法，或者是在環(huán)境溫度較為恒定的時段進行施膠作業(yè)。
