定義：由于層與端面層之間的不規(guī)則運(yùn)動(dòng)而導(dǎo)致帶鋼端面不平整。主要原因有鋼坯不均勻、軋機(jī)放卷和卷取張力控制不當(dāng)、壓下量和套筒移動(dòng)不均勻、校平輥調(diào)整不當(dāng)、卷取過程中對(duì)中系統(tǒng)異常、輥系平整度差等。
